Manager Community, Corporate and Policy

The Karri Karrak Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Manager Community, Corporate and Policy.

The Manager Community, Corporate and Policy will assist with strategic planning and identification of the Corporation’s objectives, and the establishment, achievement and evaluation of performance targets and priorities for resourcing within the Corporation.

This permanent full time position is based in Busselton. The salary is $119,099 per annum plus superannuation.

    • Salary $119,099 per annum + superannuation.

    • Salary packaging (up to $15,899 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit of $2,650 a year).

    • Five (5) weeks annual leave per year + 17.5% loading

    • Christmas shut down period credited as additional leave.

    • Employee Assistance Program.

    • Seven (7) weeks LSL vested at seven (7) years continuous service.

    1. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff and clients at all levels.

    2. Highly developed written communication skills coupled with demonstrated ability to use computer software and databases to analyse, communicate and present briefings, papers, and presentations, and write business documents such as policies.

    3. Proven ability to analyse processes and ensure continuous improvement.

    4. Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    5. Solid understanding of best practice financial processes.

    6. Project management experience with community development projects or program delivery or social policy.

    7. Current driver’s licence.
